There are so many wonderful Christian authors out there today, and I just found another one to read after. Kristi Ann Hunter will be one you also will want to look for. A NOBLE MASQUERADE is her first novel, however there is a novella prequel that to me is a must read also.
Heiress Miranda Hawthorne has been looking for love and not a match for name or money therefore is the still single at twenty-one. She is the older sister of Georgina who is coming out this season and quite beautiful. Griffith is the oldest brother and heir and then there is Trent the younger brother.
When Miranda is twelve and Griffith is off to school he writes of his adventures to her and of his best friend Marsh or Marshington. Privately Miranda starts journaling , as letters to Marsh but never mails them.
Griffith, who is now the head of the house, hires a new butler who inadvertently finds and sends one of the letters. What follows is the plot of the narrative. The books is part mystery, intrigue and romance. I found it captivating and mesmerizing and thoroughly loved it.
